Mrs. Sumita Mukherjee Nath
Founding Partner
Mrs. Sumita Mukherjee Nath, Founding Partner of MPASL, has extensive experience in Operations and Business Analysis. She advocates for gender equality and aims to be a source of support for women facing challenges. Inspired by Melinda Gates’ words, “A woman with a voice is, by definition, a strong woman,” Mrs. Nath strives to be that voice through MPASL’s mission, “DO RIGHT FOR RIGHTS.”
She also runs SUMITA’S SELF DEFENCE ACADEMY, empowering girls and women against domestic violence. A 2nd Degree Black Belt in KYOKUSHIN KARATE and trained in Kali 3D, she is among the few women in India with such credentials.
Ms. Arunima Kapoor
Trustee, MindPhoenix Trust
Mrs. Arunima Kapoor, a Gold Medalist in Economics and MBE is a Teacher, Motivator, Mentor and Entrepreneur. She was the Director and Head of Human Resources of KEC Agritech. KEC is one of the India’s leading PMC company in Project Assessment , project development , Project Execution , Project Management , Commercialization & also in market establishment for final products. Managing projects of more than Million dollars business across India. Company provides End to End solution on Various business model such as turnkey , BOOT , RESCO in leading industry as : Renewable Energy , Bio-Fuels ( Bio-CNG , H2O , Ethanol 1G & 2G , LNG & H2O, Bio-Diesel , Electric Charging Station , EV Vehicle , Solar Energy , Organic Fertilizer ) Food Processing ( Milk , Dairy Farming ) Hydroponics Water Treatment Plants for Drinking and Industrial Effluent Treatment Plants and Sewage Treatment Plants etc. A strong believer that, Only Skill can change livelihood, Mrs. Kapoor joined MindPhoenix Skill & Education Trust as a Trustee and currently responsible for strategy and finance for the Trust.
Ms. Anshu Sharma

Ms. Sharma was the CEO of Achiever IAS Academy, and she had the privilege of guiding numerous students towards achieving their dreams of clearing the prestigious Civil Services Examination of India. With a passion for education and leadership, she had been instrumental in shaping the minds of future leaders and change-makers. A proud alumna of IIM Bangalore and Women 10K Goldman Sachs, she honed her leadership skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
It enhanced her skills in Learning and Management, Business Development and Growth, Product and Market Understanding, Financial Management and Planning.
At MindPhoenix she is heading our Govt. Projects.
Ms. Sathi Chakraborty
Head English Communication, Founder and Director of Tagore Institute
Mrs. Sathi Chakraborty is the astute Founder and Managing Director of Tagore Institute Bangalore, with over 19 years of experience in English Language Training and Corporate Communication Training. Armed with a Masters degree in Comparative Literature from the renowned Jadavpur University, she has successfully completed CELTA Cambridge UK certification, TESOL ALAP certification from TESOL, UK. She has mastered the TOEFL certification with flying colours as well, and is curently one of the Master Trainers of TOEFL India, mentoring and training the teachers for TOEFL. she and hr group of proficient trainers have been successfully conducting English Language training for the Indian Army for the past 15 years now. She is instrumental in guiding effective marketing and public relations strategies which has resulted in a sound student base over the years.
Post alignment with MindPhoenix she serves as the Director of Tagore Institute and Head of English Communication for MindPhoenix.
Tejaswee Patwari
Media Partner, Trini
Tejaswee, a product designer based in Bengaluru, passionate about crafting digital experiences that put people first. With a background in industrial design from NID and hands-on experience leading UX projects, I combine empathy, research, and creativity to solve real-world problems through design.
Currently, I co-lead design efforts at Trini, where I focus on accessibility, usability, and design systems that create lasting value. I’m always eager to learn, share, and grow with the design community, helping others thrive while pushing the boundaries of what digital experiences can be.
Col. Ajay Jindal
Advisor Strategy
Col. Ajay Kumar is a veteran and has more than 35 years of experience in Operations, Team Building, Skill Development and Consulting. He served Indian Army for 23 years and post retirement has been associated with prestigious organizations like Toyota, NSDC and SoS.
He is passionate about the Development Sector of India and has extensively worked in various states in the country. His grassroot level interventions when he was with NSDC, in hilly areas like Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and across the 7 sisters in North East has been very commendable. He was instrumental in building the skill eco system by appointing right Training Providers across the country.
He is Advisor-Strategy at MindPhoenix Advisory Services LLP and a Trustee of the MindPhoenix Skill & Education Trust, Col. Kumar oversees the implementation of numerous programs and strategic planning. He is currently actively working on the many operational components of the MindPhoenix India Skill Challenge.
Mr. Anindya Mazumdar
Legal Advisor
Mr. Anindya Mazumdar is a partner to Singhania & Singhania LLP (Advocates and Solicitors). An alumna of National Law School India University, he is advising and drafting all legal documents for MindPhoenix Advisory Services LLP.
Capt. Kaustav Nath

Captain Kaustav Nath is a prominent figure in skill development, particularly as the State Engagement Officer for the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) in Karnataka and Goa (and previously Tripura). He plays a key role in promoting and implementing skill development initiatives, including programs like PMKVY, to bridge the skill gap and enhance youth employability. His work involves coordinating with various organizations and addressing industry skill demands, with a focus on making India self-reliant in various fields.
He Founded MindPhoenix in 2023 to focus on empowering individuals by redefining education and creating a lasting impact both within India and on the global stage. MindPhoenix is known for its expertise in establishing skill and vocational training centers, implementing large-scale skill development programs like PMKVY, and facilitating international placements. MPASL also emphasizes integrating AI in education, supporting women’s employment, and collaborating with strategic partners to drive innovative and transformative educational solutions.
